Maintenance requests
Submit requests through the tenant portal so our team can track them from start to finish. Add photos and a short description to help us respond faster. For anything urgent, also call our office at (651) 424-0198.
In a fire, gas leak or any life-safety emergency, call 911 first.
Paying rent
Pay online in the tenant portal with a one-time or recurring ACH payment. For scheduled automatic withdrawals, ask us for an ACH authorization form. For check payments, contact us for mailing instructions.
Insurance & lease questions
For certificate-of-insurance requirements, lease questions, signage or anything else about your space, reach out to your property manager directly.
